Install on side gate worked great

This worked great to secure a door to my garden/chicken run. It's a fairly heavy door, built from a 2x4 frame w/ wire fencing. The spring action prevents people from accidentally leaving the door open. The spring tension can be adjusted.

It works ok. Holds the gate shut, but not strong enough to get it to engage in the latch unfortunately.

Now my escape artist dog has to figure out new ways since the gate is always closed. Had these for a few months now and they're perfect.

there is a torsion pin that keeps falling out when under porsion. There is a short locking pin that is both too short and too thin—had to make new pins to get it to work.
