Once you put the Bluetooth password in, it automatically plays music when I start my car. It works with YouTube, Hulu, Google, Maps, Waze (just started working with waze). Just the Sound but that was all I was expecting. Very please with my purchase. The Amazon description stated it works with my car year/model, but packaging does not. But I tried it anyway, and it has worked for almost a year.

If I could give it zero star I would. This product is useless, it just does not work, does not charge my iPhone 7. Looks cheaply made. I feel ripped off. Stay away ! Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money and get the OEM cable. Will never buy from this manufacturer ever again.

The price is right when compared to $100+ Audi cable. Audio works flawlessly on our 2014 A5 without the 3G+ system. Does not charge or show the songs playing, just says AUX. For the price I'm very happy with the quality. The lightning cable connector seems to be built well and appears like it will last.

My Bluetooth adapter wouldn’t work upon purchasing my vehicle. This functions as a decent replacement. Much cheaper than a Bluetooth adapter for my Audi AMI and the speed/sound quality is great! Update: Had to re-order once in a short period of time. Leads deteriorated quickly. Started putting out static.

By now, I've learned that there's a direct correlation for products I buy on Amazon. When the seller reaches out before the product arrives and says "if you have any problems, please contact us directly..." that's my tip that the product doesn't work well. Also, if there's a note in the package begging the purchaser to call them directly if there's a problem, it's another indication that the product is unlikely to work. This product hit BOTH of those markers, and "surprise!" it didn't work. I have an Audi A3 with the technology package installed from the factory. This product was not recognized by the car's entertainment system. Although it is tempting to buy a knock-off because they're cheaper, in this case, you're better served to buy the real deal - at least if you want it to function correctly.

Had an Apple lightning adapter connected to the AMI 16 pin that stopped working. Received this cable with longer extension that reaches my seat or cup holder on 2015 Audi Q5 and it works perfectly! Can’t see songs or music folders on Infotainment but who cares, it sucked anyway. Just use my phone! Love it!

I didn't think it worked except for music until I accidentally changed the car output to media for audiobooks I listen to in my car. Once I made that discovery, I love it. Had it for a year now. Way better than the one that came with the car! Just an awesome product. I was lost without it.

Bought this for my 2010 - Q7. Works great. Plugged it in and played my music. Super easy. The cord reaches all the way to the driver’s side.
