An excellent nutritional product and value for money. Our Beagle enjoys the Acana range of food.

Not 11.4kg as listed, actually 9.7kg.
The true price per kg is almost 18% higher at £6.74/kg. I'm not the only customer who feels a little mislead by the true cost.

incorrect package size
I ordered this pack of 11.4 kg, but I received a pack of 9.7 kg. I wrote a message to the seller but I was answered that it was a system mistake with a barcode and this price was for 9.7 kg. The message contained an offer to return the pack and refund but I need the food for my pet right now. I'm disappointed and I don't know how to be sure next time that I buy a package of the specified weight for the specified cost. There are no complaints about the Acana. Good product.

We don’t get what you pay for
Ordered, because my dog loves it but you do not get 11+ kilos you get 9+ kilos the seller or Amazon should edit misleading ad not as good value as you think considering you’re getting 2 kg less approximately
