DryFix DPC damp proofing injection cream is a Silane based chemical cream that is easy to apply without the need for specialist equipment.

The Silane cream works by migrating through the mortar bed once injected through a series of pre-drilled holes. Moisture within the mortar triggers the resin carried within the cream to create a pore liner within the mortar. Once fully cured, a new, fully formed damp proof course becomes effective.

DryFix DPC damp proofing injection cream is suitable for specialist damp proofers and general trades. A 20 year performance guarantee is available on request.

This product is suitable for cavity and solid brick walls. Stone and rubble filled walls.

For best results, this product should be applied in accordance with the British Standard ‘Code of Practice for Installation of Chemical Damp Proof Courses’ BS 6576 (2005). Contaminated plaster should be removed and the walls re-plastered to an appropriate re-plastering specification. Call Alliance Remedial Supplies for advice on this.

This volume of cream will treat 30 linear meters of 4.5″ single brick wall or 15 linear meters of 9″ solid brick wall. Please allow for wastage and porous brick by at least 10% volume.
