Not the correct replacement
The ink cartridges do not plug in. The rear plastic orientation is different from my original even though it is supposed to be a replacement genuine part for my HP printer. I will be requesting a correct replacement or money back. I will be informing Amazon about the issue. I hope to have a response from the supplier.

Not recognised by printer
Print head arrived quickly, and appeared to be intact with no visible damage. However, when installed it was not recognised by the printer, maybe because not a genuine HP part. For £37. it was worth a try, but have ended up replacing my printer.
