I had a more unusual use for these bulbs: I needed low wattage led bulbs for lighting up a train car for night time operations at a major railway museum. These bulbs worked perfectly! The low wattage meant that we could run 20+ bulbs and get more than an hour run time on our battery pack. Using these bulbs we got more than 3 hours of run time from our battery pack. The color was reasonably warm, and I overheard our visitors commenting that they thought it was period correct. Also, the bulbs were comfortably bright, but didn’t blow out night vision. Added bonus: they fit beautifully in the antique Pullman fixtures.

Great product. I have a very long string light around my fence and every original light bulb that came with it that I replace by one of this brand, it lasts forever. Actually, i have never replaced a single light bulb by this manufacturer yet. Dimming works perfectly. Highly heat and water resistant. And I am talking about Texas heat.

And that is exactly what I needed. It was very hard to find a low watt bulb with the e26 base. Most were candelabra. These bulbs were to replace edison bulbs that in the area the lamps were in, were way to bright! I can use my new lamps now and the light is not so intense that you cant look at the industrial, open cage floor lamps and admire them. There are 2 in each so a lot of light if you get bulbs that are too strong. The ones that came with the lamps are being used in the bathroom. They work there great-bright, free from the lamps and they look neat. I plan to replace the ceiling fan bulbs with these. The covers are again a large knit open mesh so you can see the bulbs and hopefully they give the appropriate amount of light. I havent had them long enough to know about the energy efficiency. It has to be good at only 2 watts each bulb. I know that they are much cooler burning than any I have come in contact with. I am very happy, so far, with my purchase. If I need more, I will order more without hesitation...well, as long as the price doesnt go up too much.

I got 100 of these bulbs to retrofit my incandescent string lights with LED to reduce energy consumption. I wanted to expand my string lights in my yard with more strands but all my current bulbs were incandescent and adding more would overload the circuit. With these bulbs each strand uses less than half of the energy they were using. These are a bit cooler in color than my old bulbs but I can deal with it. I did have to put 4 incandescent bulbs back in where a strand of lights passes near my fire pit. I was burning some twigs and yard debris and it started melting the plastic bulbs. I rescued the bulbs before they were damaged to the point of being unusable. There were no flames, just smoke hitting the bulbs. Just something to consider, I didn’t expect these to brave the heat of a fire. I like that these are “unbreakable” since one strand does pass over our pool and hail has been an issue so far this year. If these can survive a Texas hail storm then they are worth their weight in gold. Time will tell. The last storm I lost 12 glass bulbs. Fortunately none over the pool broke. One of my photos is a closeup of the color difference from my old bulbs. Its pretty noticeable. All my lights are on smart dimmer switches and these dim very well

Quick delivery. Lights have lasted a few years with approx 200 days of outside deck use per year dimmed to 20% - 50% strength.

love the bulbs. replacing single filaments with double filaments as they burn out. last a very long time.

I bought these LED bulbs to replace the 9 LED bulbs in a dining room chandelier that flickered badly at anything other than full brightness. The brightness, colour and steady light output are perfect. They are less bright than the old ones, but with 9 bulbs in the fixture, the lighting is just right.
