This works for sure. The first time I took it, about an hour or so afterwards, I felt a mild euphoria with a great mood boost! I cheered up so much, I was surprised! Of course, feeling it working doesn't happen every time, as I assume it must be some tolerance thing the brain gets used to quickly. But continuing to take it has also helped with mild pain or after the gym issues. If I cycle it and take breaks from it, that definitely burst of good mood and mild euphoria comes back. I try to take only as needed and not all day long. I originally got this to see if it could help a taper off an opioid, and so far it definitely helps! The only side effect I noticed is once I had a big kood boost and felt great for a while, but then I crashed and became irritable. It could be due to my opioid system being sensitive, but this only happened one time. It seems high quality. I will continue to take this as needed and see if my timing has to do with the crash -- that was when it was taken late afternoon when my mood already was bad to begin with, so it may have just been a mild rebound. Otherwise, there have been no issues in all the other times I have taken it.

This product should be called "In a good mood and everything rolls off your back"! I've been experimenting with different amino acids and supplements since reading The Craving Cure by Julia Ross. For some reason certain supplements like GABA and Tryptophan don't have the desired effect on me. This Litdke formula is a much better mood stabilizer for me rather than taking GABA. For me, taking GABA makes me feel a little zoned out and thinking some negative thoughts. EndorphiGen just hits all the right sweet spots. Doesn't effect my energy level, puts you in a good, happy, dare I say "carefree" mood, and you'll never feel road rage again when on this stuff. I'm sold on it. Absolutely worth the pricier cost. Throwing my GABA away.

Taking 4 of these per day has increased my sense of energy, but not in a simply physical way, nor in a mentally stimulated, caffeine sort of way. It's a stronger mental energy, but very organic and natural feeling, as if something that was missing has been replaced. I suppose it has to do with my poor diet, due to a severe pain problem, causing a protein deficiency which led to certain low neurotransmitters. DPA interferes with endorphin and neurotransmitter reuptake, as I recall. Unfortunately, it didn't help my pain; but the increased mental strength has allowed me to experience feeling stronger, in the face of it.

What I disliked about this, was that this product arrived completely shattered in an envelope and was not in a box. What I love most about this product is that it actually works and I notice a difference in my mood. I feel happier, am more focused and have more energy. I have been ordering this product from a Nutritionist but found it on Amazon. Well every time I try to order this from Amazon it arrives shattered. I am ordering all my supplements through the Nutritionist office again.

My functional medicine doctor recommended this product. She did start me out on a larger dose than directed but after I cut back due to a sensitive stomach, I was able to handle it. I have used it for 3 months now and I am sold. I had not been able to walk much without pain following, which could also interfere with sleep. Now, I walk about 2 miles every day and have even done 3.5 miles once with the pain in the knees and stiffness in my hips recovering quickly.

Lidtke says the label that used to read "Pain & Cravings" is now "Minor Pain". I checked my current bottle with the label "pain & cravings" and it has these ingredients in these doses: Riboflavin 2mg; Pyridoxal 5-phosphate 2mg; and D-Phenlalanine 500mg. The new label "Minor Pain" will have the same ingredients in the same doses. The picture of ingredients shown here with the "Common Pain" label has the first 2 ingredients showing 5mg (the D-Phenlalanine is still 500mg). If you still want the "Pain & Cravings" label with the lower doses you should order the bottle that says "Minor Pain" but if you want the higher doses of Riboflavin & Pyridoxal 5-phosphate at 5mg then you should order "Common Pain". It's too bad they took the word CRAVINGS off the label, because it works really well to curb them. I use the item ("Minor Pain" label) for my cravings by taking one in the morning and it has dramatically reduced my cravings, especially in the afternoon. It's not a matter of will power, but a lack of amino acids!

This stuff is a godsend!! I’ve tried other DPA products like doctors best but it comes nowhere close this one. I’m a recovering opioid addict and now trying to taper my subutex and this stuff has saved me. I feel so alive again my mood is better then I can remember I’m finally coming out of the fog I’ve been and my cravings and the desire to use are gone!! If your trying to get off opioids or suffer from depression, this stuff is a must have!!

Product is great; shipping was not. Had difficulty tracking. Arrived late with no acknowledgement from company. Disappointing.
