They're plastic.
Though they're plastic- they were a great width- though the length could use some help, they were at least very durable and will be used again. The color was bold, they were inexpensive and were beautiful on my table so- it was a win!

I used these in multiple ways -- on bulletin boards and walls for Lunar New Year. If I do a story with dragons this would also be great as a decoration to add. Doesn't have to be just for one time a year.
