On the DVD are a series of workouts that have been specially designed by Ed to work in combination to maximise fat burn efficiently and quickly. Ed’s designed a 30 day programme that shows you when and how to workout to get the most out of the DVD. Behind this sleeve is Ed’s 30 day diary planner. It’s also available to view from the main menu on the DVD. On the programme are 6 brand new 10 minute workouts. We’ve got 3 amazing fat burning workouts – Boxfit, the Ultimate Fat Burner and the HiiT Fat Burner. Also on the DVD is an amazing strength and tone workout to give your muscles that extra boost as well as one of Ed’s signature abs workouts. Ed’s a stickler for technique and I think this year’s abs section is the toughest yet! For the first time there’s also a brand new concept in working out – the Buddy Workout. It’s genius, you can do it with a friend, partner, husband and wife, even with the kids. (its also quite possible it will make you giggle while you are doing it!) As always there’s a great warm up to get you ready to workout and a wonderful stretch workout to complete your routine. Great DVD but a little repetitive
A really good exercise DVD as expected from Davina. I have enjoyed the 5week programme. My only hesitation is that the 10minute sections are really 5minutes repeated twice so there is a lot of repetition. I can imagine this DVD would get a little stale over time, but very effective.

Excellent workout!
Like all these workouts you can tailor all the exercises to suit yourself. I pick out what I feel is within my capabilities and get into a routine with them. Davina and her colleague Ed do good easy to follow routines but obviously you can work as hard or easy as you want. The exercises are short, sharp and get you moving muscles you never knew you had! The abdominal exercises are a killer, and boy does your stomach muscles know you've done it! Don't be put off when you first start this as it can seem full on, but stick with it and you'll be glad you did!

Excellent DVD - love it.... Split into 10 minute sections with varied exercises in each (also the option of adding 5 mins to the Hiit which is great as by the time you have done the 10 mins and are already panting and puffing...may as well do the final 5 !) . Really straightforward to follow the moves and there is no gimmicky faffing around. I like Davina and Ed's presenting style ("picking up a flower" makes me smile every time !) and find this gives me a great workout ..... sweat ++ You can even do most of the Buddy section on your own (except the Pyramid!)..... I jump over a laundry basket instead of a buddy for example which is great as I can still use this section even if I can't find a buddy.....

Great DVD really good for all levels of fitness
I have always been a big fan of Davina and I really rate her. I used her fitness dvd along with some natural supplements at the start of last year to lose 2 stone in 3 months. So it's that time of year again lol I have purchased this her latest dvd and I have to say it's even better than her last DVD so I am hoping that by using this alongside the Slimzest Raspberry Ketone Detox that I purchased on Amazon that I will have the same success with my weight loss that I had last year but hopefully this time I will do a better job of keeping it off once it's gone.
