Good little phone
Easy to set up, pretty self explanatory when unboxing, take packing off, put batteries in and plug in. Easy to set up phone, the ring tones are bit wild and loud but will certainly get your attention when it rings. Seems a good phone, no complaints so far, would I buy again…. Probably if I needed more phones

Ring Ring
Works with the new digital voice changeovers. I did have to buy a separate longer phone cable as the one in the box is very short. Works well. Ringtones are lacking and very annoying tones though, there is no simple phone ringer, just these crazy tunes. Easy to use, easy to set up though and will work fine for the odd phone call given the mobile signal where I am is shocking. Sound quality is fine, not amazing, not terrible.

Vetch landline telephones
For the price this pack of two phones are great. They look lovely and take up little space. 60 call blocker ability. Easy to use. Highly recommend.

Nice phones, shame about the user guide
There is nothing really too wrong about these phones. They compare quite well with Panasonic or BT or Orin etc. They look reasonably stylish, I suppose, and they work! So, yeah, I am mildly not unhappy. My main gripe is the utterly useless instruction leaflet. I even went on-line to get a proper user-manual (vtech's website is rubbish). There was no user manual on vtech's site for this phone (and the ones I found through Google search were just as useless as the leaflet that came with the phones). I even looked at the manual for a different model on vtech's site only to discover that the user manual for that model was just as useless as the one that came with my phones (and almost identical)! Vtech should understand that not everyone is a tech-wizard. Some of us actually do want a diagram that points out what each key on the phone does. I am a tech-wizard but even I had to work out how to get "Hands free". I am a carer, so "Hands free" is essential in my daily life. All vtech's leaflet (and the one for the other model) provided was a non-explanatory drawing of a phone with some radio waves coming out of it! It didn't actually tell me how to activate "Hands free" (with a little trial and error, I discovered that you simply press the green call-button twice - this was not explained in the leaflet or even on the packaging). I don't have the time or the patience to have to work these things out myself.

First class and worth the money.
I was going to return the phones as I couldn’t make them work, but now I’ve solved the problem and they are working fine. Great product. Would recommend.,

Phones
Good and inexpensive phones. Work well in tandem and connect to my broadband router via virginmedia. However the ring tone isn't too loud, the choice of alternative ringtones is limited, and the screen can be fairly hard to read. But works well for me
