What I needed for my car
All I can say is that is was Dexos 1 Gen 3 which is what I required for my car. So far, my engine hasn't blown up since I put this in the car so, hopefully that says a lot. Great price and certainly will be buying it again if the price keeps being so good.

Especially suitable for my car
I always use this oil in my Vauxhall Zafira b 1.6 petrol. I was advised by my mechanic because of the qualities of this DX oil, it is especially for the engine type in my car, great price too.

It Works For My Vauxhall Corsa
I bought and used this oil on the 24th of March and since then I have had no issues with the product.I was concerned before purchasing this as I've never heard of a 5w 30 (DX) edition before, but I checked on the Castrol website and found that this was compatible with my Vauxhall Corsa 1.4 Limited Edition 2016 (for anyone who might find that information useful), and after 4 months so far I've had no issues as I've mentioned before.There are a couple of good points that people might not think about so I'll leave them here:- It has 5 litres which is slightly more than what you need (meaning you can always top up more later if need be)- According to Castrol the oil will work for up to 18,600 miles or 30,000km.- And it's still great value compared to other 5-litre oils.✪ Would RecommendThank you for reading, and I hope you found this informative.

Best oil for Vauxhalls
I"ve always used Castrol oils in all my motor cycles and cars since i was16 I am now 77, I would not use any other make of oil. This oil comes up to and exceeds the manufacturers specification what can be better than that.
