I bought this to try and clean the sealant off my new PVC ceiling panels in the bathroom, the fitter got it everywhere! I spent about 2 weekends rubbing with WD40, then somebody recommended solvent cleaner. It smells very strong - like nail varnish remover, and it might have done more if I could have soaked the area, but as it's a ceiling all I can do is keep rubbing it on. It did easily bring some thicker parts of the sealant off, but I'm still left with marks where the sealant was. It's a very long process and I've found rubbing with WD40 and leaving for a bit, and then rubbing with this works the best. I'm afraid it's not a miracle solution.

I bought this to clean up some secondhand doors and windows I bought for a shed I was building. But my word, this stuff is amazing. I have now done all the house doors and downstairs windows. My windows look like new now. I didn’t realise how grubby and yellow stained my house windows were. It does say on the bottle to use gloves. Lots of chemical cleaning products say that. But with this cleaner, please use gloves. Initially I used disposable latex gloves. But it soon melted that. So a good pair of thick gloves are needed. So if you haven’t got some. Order some. It is potent stuff. It is easy to use. It doesn’t seem to damage the upvc. But you don’t actually end up using much anyway. Because you just pour a bit onto a dry cloth and wipe the window frame. I used it to take the film of the windows. I don’t know if you are supposed to. But I did it and the windows came up great. I can’t believe I haven’t found this stuff before. I probably have about 3 other upvc cleaners under my sink. I will throw these now and use this instead now

Great product, removed all paint splashes from guttering and downpipes, with ease. Don't need to apply in large quantities, wipe on with a cloth and wipe off.

Great product. I bought it to remove a few stains and sellotape residue. It's brought the pvc up a treat. Some of the areas needed a little bit of elbow grease, but it's the best product I've tried. There is a really strong odour, which lingers, so keep the areas well ventilated.
