These are really superb. They have exactly the right amounts of spices, fat, meat and rusk and the result is just as I remember sausages; thick, juicy and meaty flavour - I don't mind that they spat at me; that was simple proof of their juiciness. Expensive ? Yes. but they are bound to be because the makers have not stinted on the ingredients. I recommend these to anyone who enjoys oldfashioned sausages.

The taste of the meat content of these sausages is "ok", but the skin is so thick it's almost unpleasant to eat. Won't be purchasing again
