I bought this item 4/5 months ago and my motor isnt working. How would i claim my warranty to get this replacemed or fixed?

Can anyone please tell me how many litres of water this uses? We have water restrictions because of a drought so I need something water-efficient

I have a similar unit and it uses 14 to 16 Liters per fill. You need to rinse a couple of times so that would use a further 14 to 16 Liters each time.
