I'm in my late 40's, but I'm no bodybuilder. I don't work out, preferring to keep fit by other means (e.g. walking, gardening, squash), so I wasn't buying these for bulking up or muscle definition. Truth to tell, I can't remember precisely what made to decide to give them a go. I don't normally lack energy particularly but, given my age, I know my testosterone levels will inevitably have dropped. The difference is impressive. I took my first couple the evening the package turned up. Next morning, I found myself striding around with very definitely increased vim & vigour! My strimmer, which is large & powerful, usually leaves my forearms absolutely knackered after not very many minutes. Well, they were well pumped, for sure, but I stopped after a much longer time than normal because I was done, not because I was done up! I've been taking them for a week now, without any unpleasant side effects; just definitely increased energy & stamina. I can't speak for what effect they will have on a younger man, obviously. I can only suggest that if you're older, or you're regularly feeling a bit flat for no obvious reason, or you know that you have reduced testosterone levels, these are well worth trying. I'll certainly be buying again.

I’m an active 47-year-old (cycling, gym, hiking) and I’ve used this across multiple cycles with breaks in between. I take the recommended 4 capsules daily (I prefer taking them in the evening). What I noticed: better/deeper sleep, slightly improved mood, and a modest boost in libido. Recovery also feels a bit smoother. What I did NOT notice: any dramatic changes in strength, muscle gain, endurance or fat loss — so the “max performance” marketing feels overstated without bloodwork to confirm anything. Pros: big 240-caps tub (good length supply), capsules are easy to swallow with no taste/aftertaste, solid packaging, fast Amazon delivery. Cons: effects are subtle and the price can feel high (and may fluctuate with Subscribe & Save). Overall: a decent “daily support” supplement for active men, but not a replacement for proper training, nutrition and sleep. 4 stars

Nothing more than a placebo is my best guess so far been using for over 1 week and haven't noticed anything yet however early days.
