Been using this for just over a week on my new Surface Pro 11. Case fits well, actually covers the kickstand while allowing full use of the kickstand. Allows the keyboard to attach and stay attached all the time, you can still close the keyboard cover as well as still flip the keyboard backwards to use as a tablet. The sensors that sense if the keyboard is shut or flipped back still work normally, or u can pop off the keyboard. Charge port is fully accessible. USB ports have enough room to fit thicker USB connectors. Only complaints I have is that when the keyboard is detached, the case doesn't cover the bottom edge to well, and dust likes to get between the clear case and the computer which stands out with a black computer, but it's at least easy to remove and clean the case and computer every so often.

I purchase this cover for my Microsoft Surface Pro 9. I usually buy a similar type of case for my iPhone and they never disappoint. The outter dark blue edges are rubber and bendable, I expected them to be stiff. Sometimes when I grab the device, I end up pulling at the silicone edges and they are so thin I think they might pop… I would really hate for a case so expensive to pop due to normal wear and tear… The glass portion arrives protected with stickers to prevent breakage during delivery. The product doesn’t arrive in a box, it’s comes in a cushioned mailer envelope! The case is a beautiful addition to my device and it was extremely easy to snap the product into the case. No directions or diagrams needed!I give this product 5 stars because the product is as described by the seller. At first I was sent the wrong product (a hair diffuser) but they made it right and shipped the correct product immediately. I appreciated the fast professional service. I also received an email after purchase, each time, to ensure that I was ordering the correct product for my device. That information was extremely helpful though a bit annoying when I was already sent the wrong product. It felt like I was being mocked. I assume it’s an automated email to the consumer - shrugs - I love this cute case and feel confident that the rubber shockproof edges will protect my device.

I have had this since February, it has very much held up. Got a couple scuffs, glad this case accepted them instead of my device. Overall it does seem to avoid scratches well, it's a bit of a fingerprint magnet. But the best part: it works has a case. I had two fumbles with my Surface over tile, both times it about a four foot drop, and like I said I fumbled them down so they didn't have the full impact, but this case absorb all the impact. For sure my screen would have been shattered without this, or the corner dented in at least.

This went on far easier than I had expected it to. I did a test placement first to make sure I could still fit either my USB charger or my Surface charging cord for my new Surface Pro 9. Both worked fine.I like the tabs on the back for the kickstand since you can't get at the recessed part easily anymore to pull it away. I also like that it doesn't even impede getting at the M.2 slot if you are going to change your SSD drive out.Button presses are a bit stiff but I had no issues with it not working.Still lets the magnetized Surface keyboard attach and remove just fine. I really don't see anything this interferes with.Cooling will only be seen over time, but so far no issues.Good quality. Shipped well protected and with film over the plastic so you don't get a scratched one.

Its easy to install and works great

It doesn't seem like high quality. It will work, but I dont love it. The frame doesnt feel secure, it can very easily be pulled or pushed away. I doubt that it will bring much protection to my device. As for the green, don't waist your money by paying more for the green. It doesnt look green like the photo. It looks dark gray.

I really like this case. I already bought a leather type but it added too much bulk and affected the ease of use with the Microsoft Type Cover,The seller contacted me after I had placed the order to advise me that the connector had to be allowed to bend. I replied to ask if they meant having to bend the rigid connector or just flexing the cord. I didn't want it if I had to bend the rigid connector. They replied they would cancel my order.Disappointed. Then the case arrived anyway,I could not be happier with this case. It has tapered grooves to guide the flexing of the cable so I don't understand what the seller was concerned about.I highly recommend this case. It is minimal yet sturdy providing the protection I desired while maintaining the Surface Pro 9's appearance. The Microsoft Type Cover completes my package and fits the case perfectly. It's easy to remove the type cover when I want to use in tablet mode.

Has so many others have taken pictures and shown the bottom piece will snap in less than a week, fitment is okay however the durability is beyond usable for what it should be. My device was kept nicely by my bed yet the bottom piece broke very quickly. Beside them will not protect your device if the bottom piece breaks cuz the case has no way to hold on to itself. Look elsewhere
