Do these help them stay in your ears better than the original eartips? being a janitor i do a lot of bending over and walking up and down steps?

Yes, my ear buds only came with one size. Every time I leaned forward the buds fell out. At least with the smaller size I can keep them in pretty well - like a 80% improvement. The sound is excellent so well worth the hassle of ordering the extra set

Do they really fit google pixel buds pro?

Yes, they really do fit the Google Pixel Buds Pro. I believe they are slightly better than the tips that come with the ear buds. I still find the ear buds have a tendency to fall out for me, but I never seem to get any ear buds to stay in well. They did slightly improve how they hold.
