Impact Socket Set, SAE, 3/8-Inch, 10-Piece (DW22838)

Could be five dollars cheaper 35 bucks is a little expensive. However it’s a nice kit the only thing I don’t like is the lid on case don’t close if you don’t have the sockets just perfectly lined up First thing you do you toss it in the garbage. I put it in a nice small nylon Klein bag with a zipper and mark impact on it. Good sockets, case garbage,Throw the case out and put it in a canvas bag marked sockets.

I've had impact drivers for several years now but never bought into the whole "impact socket" thing. That was until when using a standard socket with my impact driver that it snapped under the tremendous torque. So upon that fiasco, I purchased this set of impact sockets. Looking back I should have went with the 1/2 drive version, but these work fine. A few days after my sockets arrived we undertook a new project. We bagan building an 8'x 40' pergola in a family member's backyard. This project was the perfect test, as we were using an 18v dewalt impact driver, a 12v milwaukee impact driver, and an IR pneumatic impact wrench. These performed flawlessly with the different impact drivers and we were glad we had them. We used the 1/2" and the 9/16" more than anything. The bolts we were using were 3 1/2" lags and they didn't stand a chance with the combination of impact drivers and these new sockets. I would definately buy these again in a heartbeat.

Great product but I returned because it did not include the sizes I needed. My fault because I overlooked sizes when ordering. They are great quality for a great price but check sizes you need.

Arrived on time and always appreciate when the package is always in one piece when it’s delivered! Tough storage container and the components are the same. Already in use and working great!

The sockets work fine the case that holds them doesn't. The sockets don't secure in the car very well and it's just annoying.

I like the really nice packaging and with a nice box wrapped around the case and it!..very nice for what I just paid for it

I bought these to have deep socket options for various applications. They did exactly what I needed and seem well made.
