Great cutlery I wasn’t sure about the shape of the knife at first but it cuts well. They have a curve which lets them sit flush in the container (but make sure putting the knife in the right way so it does sit flush). The only minor jiggle is that they are bigger than the lunchbox and so they don’t fit in it. I bought these as I wanted more than just the fork that comes with it, which is smaller and fits inside. The carry case is great it keeps them together and handy for putting in your work bag. They seem to wash well too, no visible rusting or marks yet even if left slightly damp in the case.

Love it! Perfect for people who Don’t want to use plastic spoons for travel/picnics.. These are good for adults also. We find them better than other branded travel spoons ( even Joseph Joseph’s) Good investment! Good quality steel spoon and exellent box! But we find it bit expensive for what it is... and it arrived few weeks after delivery!

I have several sets for bags of different sizes when travelling (that way, I don't forget to pack a set!). Clever design, lightweight but strong. Packs away into a useful case.

Update: The set has held up very well. Top tip… I sharpened the knife so it cuts much better. I've been uncomfortable using the single use cutlery at work despite it being compostable and went looking for an ergonomically terrific set I could carry to work. When I told the guys at work I had ordered some re-usable cutlery they thought I was an idiot. They all said they had a drawer full at home and I guess they were right. Why not take some out of the drawer at home and take them with you? It's a good point but I wanted a specific single set for work which left my cutlery at home a complete set. When I pulled these bad boys out at lunchtime I could tell all of my colleagues were green with envy even though they gave no outward appearance of being impressed, although it was difficult to tell as they sit far away from me. I was hoping this cutlery set would make me more popular with the lads. It's early days yet. They are perfect and I would recommend. Not my work chums, the cutlery. Nice design, compact and easy to clean. It's pretty reliant on how the plastic case holds up so I may update at a later date.

I love the cutlery and the design, but the box the cutlery is in doesn't close properly and sometimes springs open.

I love the Black and Blum range and these are no exception. Pros: - cutlery nestles neatly together in the case so there's no rattling sound when they're in your bag. - surprisingly compact - feel like proper cutlery. knife and fork are sharp, spoon is not flat, no more feeling like you're at a kiddie's picnic with plastic knives and forks! - case clicks closed so there's no chance of it opening and dirty cutlery getting all over your things. - Case and cutlery can be popped in the dishwasher at the end of the day. Cons: None except: - would like from an environmental point of view for the plastic case to be made of something more sustainable like stainless steel, compostable plastic, wood etc.

I got this set primarily for the knife. I thought it was really cute. Probably not the best for cutting meat or anything tough, but good enough to slice a sandwich in half and I always use it as a spreader for butter or jelly. The spoon and fork are okay. The case is nice and sturdy. It will stay shut until you're ready to open it. The utensils do show water spots very easily, but you can polish them out easy enough if you try.

Excellent brand and very high-quality utensil set for avoiding plastics when eating out. Beautiful design and won't rattle in your bag. This is my second set and happy to receive it so quickly (overnight).

Good quality stainless steel. Very sturdy and compact. Perfect size to throw in a bag or even a pocket. The knife really isn’t a knife but had somewhat of an edge on it and will cut anything soft like fruit maybe some looked foods if need be. Obviously not a steak knife. Good for spreading cream cheese on a bagel or peanut butter or something. The carrying case is easy to clean also.
