Stargazer White Semi Permanent Hair Dye

I'm please with this product. I had grey hair which was mostly white at the top but darker around the sides and back. I bleached it platinum to take out the pigment which as I expected, left it an unpleasant yellowy white. I then used the Stargazer white to kill the yellow and I now have really white hair which I like very much.

Okay so firstly it came ready mixed in this tiny box and it seemed very untrustworthy but regardless I did try it and it did not work. I applied the product all over my hair and my hair is extremely short, it's shaved at the sides with two inches on top. I made sure every bit of y hair was covered then waited 30 minutes as suggested on the box. After 30 minutes I looked in the mirror and saw the mixture remaining was a purple-ish white but my hair seemed very yellow still. I washed it out either way in the hope that was just how it looked without washing but no as soon as it was dry I looked in the mirror and to my dismay saw this strange mix of yellow and purple and grey but no white. The main colour is greyish purple which I am not pleased by. I recommend you do not buy this product as it will not work and will leave you disappointed. Before colouring using this product my hair was platinum blonde (I had dyed it a week previous) this should have been easy for the product to work. The hair extension in the picture is white, my hair is NOT.

This product is a toner for already bleached hair, it will lighten your blonde giving a nice ice look depending on how light your hair is to star with. Good product I have used many of times would recommend.

I have used this product twice on my Mum's hair and both times it has stained it purple. Purple and patchy. It could be to do with the condition of my Mum's hair which varies. We had bleached it first to remove her grey. To get rid of the purple we used washing up liquid which mostly worked. Once that's done though, her hair was pure white which is what we were going for, so all was well in the end but I won't be trying this product again.

I purchased this to use as a toner instead of using more harsh chemicals after bleaching. I have to say on my hair it worked amazingly! I went from the outta peel of a banana to the inside. As I only wash my hair once a week or sometimes every ten days, this lasted a month for me. Good cheap way to keep my hair toned and without harsh chemicals. I used it on bleached hair, I followed the directions exactly as on the bottle, but my hair went purple. It took a few washes with clarifying shampoo to correct this, and once the purple tinge was gone, the yellows had started to show through, so for me this was not the right product.

Good depth in colour good price

Only took on the very damaged part of my hair, on the rest of my hair I may of well of paid for water. This was worse though as now I have obviously patchy hair! It's a good thing it's winter and I can wear a hat. Teeny bottle too if it had of been any good.

I loved everything about the white toner. It instantly made my hair change white and I would buy it again if I had the chance!
