Easy to use
Very easy to use once you've downloaded the mi home app. The recording is very clear but when the other person speaks from cctv, it is a bit choppy and unclear. But for me, iam satisfied with this purchase. Recommeded to my friends too.

Faulty item in less than a month of use
After less than a month of using, the product gets static and started to have a ticking sound until it is removed from the power source to be reset. The issue started on the 1st few days of usage and I’ve had the extension cord replaced as I thought the issue is caused by a faulty cord. However, after replacing the extension cord, the same issue recurs. Unfortunately, return policy is no longer valid so I’m now left with a faulty CCTV in less than a month. Such a waste of money!

Region restriction is applied
You get to know this only when you are half way through the setup. I opened up, powered it up as per the manual. I had to download the app and its only at the time of establishing a connection between the device and the mobile phone I got to know that the product cannot be made to work outside of Mainland China. Nevertheless, the setup was simple, the product quality and finish was good - but it was just sold at the wrong country.

Buena calidad y muy resistente
La calidad de imagen es excelente, muy fácil de conectar al teléfono y fácil de monitorear a distancia. La compre a ver a mi perrito cuando no estoy y funciona de maravilla gracias a eso pudo tener un buen diagnóstico con el veterinario. Mi perrito es muy travieso y un día tiro la cámara y cayó en su plato de agua, me di cuenta a los 3-5 minutos y de inmediato fui a sacarla y comencé a secarla con toalla y le puse el secador, después la puse en arroz y la dejé al sol todo el día, y de maravilla siguió funcionando.

Very easy to setup, Mi Home app, wifi, connection with my mobile, quality of video, easy to record footage on my mobile. Especially compared to another camera purchased (not Amazon) 4 days ago, but had to return due to unauthorised region.
