I have been advised by my consultant to always wear a good quality sun block, long sleeved clothing and a wide brimmed hat in the sunshine, which I now always do. I have not been sun burned at all this summer, in fact my skin, especially my face, is quite pale, whereas in most summers I do catch the sun. I think the fact that I cover up well is obviously a big factor, but I do feel that this product is a very good quality and am quite happy to recommend it. Don't kid yourself that a tan is a healthy thing to have, it took many years, and a pre cancer scare, to make me realize that I need to look after myself much more than I was doing. I am now considered as a 'watchful waiting' patient. Take care and best wishes for a healthy life.

Hello, could someone please tell me what colour the cream is and does it feel heavy or light on the face? Thank you

The cream is a white-ish colour but is colourless when applied - ie no tint. It is not greast but I have stopped using it now because my skin started to tingle. I now use a tinted cream made by Garnier Ambre Solaire - spf 50 and find it really good. I need to be very careful as have had a melanoma removed from my leg -am very lucky!
