I used these WAGO inline splicing connectors while rough-fitting and testing an LED installation on a new pergola. They worked exactly as expected and made the wiring process much easier than using wire nuts during the testing phase. The biggest benefit was being able to connect and disconnect wires cleanly while I was still figuring out the final layout. The levers felt solid, the connection felt secure, and the inline design kept things neater than a traditional twist-on connector. For my project, these were a practical little time-saver. I’d buy them again for LED work, prototyping, or any install where the wiring may need to be adjusted before everything is finalized.

I really like using the Lever-Nuts better than traditional wire nuts. They are easy to use and hold really well. They are reusable and do not strip out. I think the are a good value considering they are actually reusable. I think they make a safer stronger wire connection.

I used these inline connectors on romex wire that was damaged. The line had little slack and if not for the inline connectors I would have been required to use pigtails. This made it simple. They are very easy to use, just open lever, insert stripped wire and close!

Easier to use than wire nuts in tight locations and do not require taping- they also take up less space you do not have to twist the wires together where some wires may work out.

So these are more expensive to the alternative wire nuts, but they allow you to do the job faster. You don't need to strip as much of the wire (you only need a bit of the exposed tip), and you don't need to wrap it off with electrical tape. I mainly bought these because I have canless recessed lights that require me to change the whole set of lights once every two years, which means I can easily just unclip the tips of the wires at the connection points and change out the whole set of lights instead of unwrapping, untwisting, then rewrapping, and retwisting the connection points.... just a simple flip and swap... it also means I don't need to climb the ladder with the extra pair of scissors and tape which is pretty awesome. The quality of the product is great, as long as it's a connection point you need to rewire then these are totally worth the price. If your solution requires you to just tie two wires together and never touch them again in your lifetime then I think the cheaper wire nuts would be worth the extra hassle.

These things are great. I use them for everything. They're great for testing things before making your wiring permanent. They're great for installing speakers in cars. Ive had them in vehicles for years and never had an issue. They are high quality unlike other brands. I've never had one of these break on me.
