Good for... hair
Full disclosure, I don't think this is what it's intended for but a friend recommended it for hair. I have bleached hair which periodically gets really dry. I apply this to my hair around once a month and leave it on overnight (just put a towel on the pillow); after washing it off my hair looks shiny and feels soft. The smell isn't amazing but I think that's just because we're all used to super perfumed products, this is just natural oil. Would definitely recommend it for hair, not sure about other uses.

Not suitable for consumption
False advertising. Advertised as the 100 pure mustard oil and in the description it's for Indian cuisine. What arrived was not suitable for consumption and states "for external use only". Cant even return this. Amazon, why do you allow this scam on this site. Also you are endangering people if they eat it as they have bought something that they are under the perception it's edible when it is not.

unsure its a real mustard oil
I bought this oil as recommended for improving my hair and stimulate the hair growth. I was expecting a mustard smelling oil, but this one doesn't smell at all. Because this product is a "Grocery" i couldn't return it. My mum used it and said she had some burning feeling on her head, so i decided t keep it and use it.we'll see. But i wouldn't buy it again.

Surprisingly good for hair
I bought it for my hair, leave it on overnight and my hair feels soft and looks shinny! I would recommend. There isn't a strong smell and didn't really feel any burn or itch given that I have very sensitive skin, I am happy with this oil

Sadly not edible which does not tell you in the description but only tells you in the bottle. Non refundable product. Do not buy unless intend to buy to use externally.
