It actually works. Or let me clarify. First work out which one is right for your nose. It took me a while to realise my nose needed a smaller one than my estimate. I could get the second largest in OK, but they started to irritate me during the night. So although the slightly smaller ones fitted fairly loosely, they went in the second night. A good night's sleep. I tried a 'control' and slept with none in. Well, for half the night; I put the right size ones back in and the rest of the night went perfect. No dry mouth, no suffocating feelings, no sore throat, and I dare say, no snoring, though I don't really snore much anyway

Yes these are very good but I'm not sure why they are called pins. They are the same design as Nasovents which I had already and wouldn't have sent for them if I had realised they were the same. They are good though so better to have extra as they are small,thankyou.Julie

Pack contains various sizes... Pins fit into nose enlarging nostrils to keep Nasal passages open. Received comment that noise from use of pins created another problem as air whistled on exhale! Packaging is tiny clear bag no guidance .. I almost missed it amongst other products and packaging
