Excellent knife
I have one of these and find it so useful I bought another for a friend. Does the job of spreading excellently; it’s just flexible enough without being too bendy.

Great quality versatile spatula
Had a fifty plus year old spatula that finally fell to bits and needed a similar spatula. This spatula was an excellent replacement !

Butter knife
Nice enough spatula but not a patch on the one I lost. Does the job ok.

Nice flexible pallet
Love this. Much nicer to use to spread butter with a flexible knife like this than a rigid dinner knife. Good sized handle too. Very pleased.

Useful small solid butter knife
Really useful size to use as butter or jam knife. Expensive but this is the second one I have bought and the previous one is now 6 years old and wearing well. However I do not use a dishwasher.

Bought as an unchristmas present
Definitely worth buying, I find this invaluable when it is time to 'flip' burgers, roast potatoes, sausage rolls etc. Basically any small cooked item that needs the blade applied to the lower cooked surface. The Domestic Goddess has wanted some better qualty small palate knives for sometime and this item filled that need
