Installed on a 1039 G3
Keys click louder than OEM key board, backlight is not uniform and my #5 key is way darker than all the keys and some of the screw holes were not aligned. Also the amber dots for airplane mode...etc don't seem to work. However, for less than $20 and delivered in 2 days (would have been next day but Amazon said it was delayed in transit), it works so I am deducting only 1 star. This is my second time replacing a keyboard on a 1030 (previously installed on on a G2) an the amount of screws holding the keyboard in place is ridiculous.

Fragile part ships in fragile box and envelope
Product shipped in thin cardboard box inside paper envelope. Envelope, box, and keyboard arrived bent. As expected, 8 keys were not functional.

Works but some lights are dim
Keyboard works but some lights were dim on keys and takes too long to take it apart to replace again
