I do not ever leave reviews but I feel I should share my experience after years of battling to keep on top of dogs moulting. I was skeptical of buying this brush as I have a long haired German Shepherd. His coat is the bane of my life! Hoovering more than once a day to keep my home clear from his shedding coat. I've used a desheding tool on his coat every summer which does help somewhat but I still was not happy with the cleaning constantly. After reading several reviews on this little tool I was willing to give it a try. Fairly costly for a small tool but worth its weight in gold to me! Upon receiving the package which was very well packed, I was more than a little a shocked at the size...... It is quite small, but within a few minutes I was astounded! Size in this case clearly does not matter! My dog now looks like like a new dog.... The undercoat came away so effortlessly and had no problem working through the denser areas of Sydney's coat. Approximately six carrier bags later of removed undercoat I can definitely say this little brush/tool had surpassed its expectations and earned a permanent place in my animal grooming kit. I also have a Rhodesian Ridgeback and a lhasa apso cross. They both bombarded me for a brush too. The ridgeback coat is a difficult coat to brush as it is very short and dense, the desheding tool has left his coat amazingly clean and soft and no longer losing needle like hairs that stick into my clothes. My Lhasa apso cross doesn't really as a rule moult very much at all but he gets a brush regularly to keep his coat shiny. When I used this desheding tool again it did not disappoint. His coat is like silk. Buy this tool, do not be put off by size and you'll be astounded at the difference. 👌🏻

I got this for my recently fostered German Shepherd, Tipu Dog, in Goa, India. His nose was bitten off by a leopard 2 years ago and for 2 years he hasn't been able to breathe or smell through it. On 22 August 2015 he had an operation to give him a new nose. He has to wear an Elizabethan collar for 6 weeks, and have further procedures under anaesthetic every 2 or 3 days. So he needed a treat, particularly as he was shedding so much hair! You can tell the quality of this brush as soon as you take it out of the packaging. It is cleverly and thoughtfully designed and easy to use and clean. It removes all the loose hair from him and lightly trims his undercoat. His coat is so so healthy and shiny now - despite the stress of his operation, lengthy hospital stay and being confined for so many weeks. He loves his brushing sessions, and if he ever gets restless or frustrated by being kept inside for these few weeks, I start brushing him and he calms down. He doesn't like his tail being brushed or held when he is standing up, but I have found that if he is lying down he is fine with it. So I can brush his tail now too! He is now one of the healthiest and shiniest looking dogs around! This brush is MUCH more effective than any other brush I have used - it is well worth the money. It is easy to use, the weight of the brush does the work, and the teeth are incredibly well designed. I read a lot of the reviews before buying this and was amazed at how many 5 star reviews it had, I wasn't sure it was going to be as good as people said it was, especially considering the price (I paid £14.99 and Pets at Home charge nearly double this amount) but I have to say this tool is brilliant ! I used it for about 15 minutes on my black and white Border Collie and managed to get a whole carrier bag full of fur. You would have thought that I had never brushed my dog before and the best part was it wasn't the top coat that was coming out as it normally is when brushing him with a normal dog brush, it was the dead undercoat, you could tell as the fur wasn't black it was a dull grey colour, this really does get under the top coat to get rid of the dead hair, it also brings up a lot of the dead skin too (not the nicest thing to be honest but good for the dog) My dog loved it, I was surprised how long he let me brush him for....normally he gets fed up and keeps rolling over for you to scratch his belly. It is also very easy to use. It's easy to hold and the hair comes off the brush easy. It left his fur coat soft and beautifully shining - I have also noticed a lot less fur coming off him when he brushes against your legs/in the car and house which is a big bonus considering I no longer have to avoid him in the morning when I have my work trousers on (they just seem to be a dog hair magnet) I would recommend this tool to anyone with a dog and for the price it really is worth it !

I bought this as a slightly cheaper alternative to the furminator (which we managed to lose). Unfortunately it’s nowhere near as good. It just doesn’t get into the fur the same and there’s no push button to release the fur. Wish I’d spent the extra £5 now.

This brush is absolutely amazing I cannot express how amazing it actually is!! it is by far the best thing I have bought my 2 cats. I have bought numerous pet brushes over the past 4 years but nothing competes with this one! I would highly recommend this brush to anyone with animals. My 2 spoilt furry baby's are short haired cats and within 2 minutes of using this product on both of them I had half a carrier bag full of unwanted cat hair, myself or my partner couldn't believe it as we make sure our 2 baby's get brushed at least every 2nd day especially just now with them both starting to shed there winter coats, there is nothing worse than having cat hair all over furniture or clothes but thanks to this little genius and the company that made it we don't need to forever hoover or clean cat hair of our clothes. Its very easy and gentle to use and would be on any animal. Out of all the things Iv ever bought my 2 wether it's been cat toys, treats, scratching posts etc this has by far been my Best Buy it leaves there's coats looking nice and shiny after every little brush, its small and compact if your ever going away on holiday or to visit family with your pets it would be easy to fit in a bag, it doesn't make any noise or take battery's which is an added bonus and it arrived the very next day well packaged. The only small problem I would have is I purchased 2 when Amazon had it on deal of the day after reading the reviews I thought I'd buy my father in law one for his 2 cats at the same time but unfortunately I only received one. There now back up to normal price but I will purchase my father in law one when I have some extra money 😊 Thank you so much to the manufacturer and also Amazon with the help of this little genius brush we now dont have to worry about cat hair over the house and lucky and rascal both have gorgeous shiny coats. 10/10 from everyone in my household haha!! Got it today after ordering on prime. No big box, fit nicely through the door in a cardboard envolope. As you can see from the photos, it works a treat! The cat LOVES it, she doesnt like being brushed much but this probably feels like a nce good scratch to her. As for the dogs, my male is a Malamute x Cattle dog (double coat), female is Malamute x Lab (single coat). Female doesnt have the kind of fur for a de-shedder really but it did a good job of collecting her lose fur into a tuft for easy clean up. Male needs daily brushing as his fur is thick and long, its normaly about an hours job and tiring, but WOW! This took about 30 mins for a full brush and not tiring at all! Plus i didnt have to faff around getting the fur out every 2 minutes, just a quick swipe after a few mins and it comes off ready to be used again. I suspect it will be quicker and easier from now on, as the previous brushes just didnt cut it, so it had a lot of work to do this first brush. Cat doesnt stay still, she walks around you wanting attention but the brush is a good size and ease of stroke that it still managed to pic up her thick fur easily from her just walking past. My ferrets winter coats occasionally need a brush, it doesnt do an amazing job as they dont shed a lot, it does however take out random dirt in their fur like fluff or substrate which is really good for keeping the coats healthy. Would be great for long haired animals like rabbits. Overall very happy with the brush, made my life a lot easier due to painful joints. Its a well made, solid brush, large handle with rubber gripping and light weight. Comes with a cover/protecter for the metal bristles too, which arent danerously sharp enough to cut yourself with but it stops things getting entangled.

Wow wow wow! Works as well as a furminator on my lab/rottie who has a medium coat...took TONS of hair off. Didn't really do much on my short-haired mastiff cross puppy but he doesn't shed much so I wasn't expecting this brush to remove much hair. It worked extremely well on both my cats. One absolutely loves this brush and rolls around so I get brush him all over. The other doesn't like this brush but that's not saying much as he doesn't like any type of brush I've tried. Long story short....I have tried multiple types of brushes over the years and I have to say that this is the one of the best hair removal tools I've used...works as well as a furminator at less than half the price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Ho un cane con il pelo corto che perde peli in continuazione tutto l'anno, durante il periodo della muta poi è incubo! Ho già acquistato il guanto di gomma e la spazzola classica con i dentini di ferro ma non sono mai riuscita a risolvere il problema, e per di più il mio cane li odia entrambi. Questo invece lo tollera (non dico che le piaccia essere spazzolata, ma almeno rimane ferma) e non esagerando con la forza non le fa certo male, i peli che riesco a toglierle sono molti di più del normale spazzolamemto e non sono spezzati. È molto simile al furminator (che ha in più il tastino per togliere i peli dalle lame) ma questo costa meno della metà e ha anche un coperchietto di plastica per proteggere le lame, non potrei essere più soddisfatta!

I have a furminator but this product is better. Its costs lesser than the furminator. I have 2 cats. One has thin coat and so furminator or any other brush does not suit him because it hurts him. This one is perfect because it is not sharp but does its job well. Very nice product.

Lo uso en mis perros con pelo medio y medio-corto. Quita el pelo de manera increíble, ya nunca uso el cepillo convencional. No les hace daño y no acumula nada de pelos porque es muy fácil de limpiar. La parte del cepillo es extraíble y el mango muy cómodo. A fecha de hoy sigue en perfecto estado y parece que va a durar mucho tiempo más. Merece la pena gastar un poco más y ahorrar tiempo en barrer el suelo varias veces al día.

Das wichtigste vorweg mein Mischlingsrüde liebt das Produkt. Es ziept nicht unangenehm am Fell, verletzt oder reizt nicht die Haut und man braucht kaum Druck, einfach toll - es tut was es soll und zieht wirklich nur die Haare raus die raus sollen - würde der Produktbeschreibung komplett zustimmen einfach ein tolles Produkt. Es liegt ebenfalls gut in der Hand und ich habe das Produkt bereits seit fast 3 Jahren und mein Rüde liebt es damit gekämmt zu werden, das Fell ist danach einfach schöner und glänzt auch ein kleines bisschen mehr als davor und er fühlt sich nach der "Massage" auch wohler, zudem regt es die Durchblutung der Haut an und das beste dass die Massage die Bindung zu meinem Hund noch stärkt. Vielleicht würde ich das nächste mal eine Nummer kleiner bestellen den für 40cm Schulterhöhe ist der Kamm doch etwas zu groß -obwohl der Vorteil ist das es länger dauert bis dieser voller Haare ist und ich ihn somit länger ohne Unterbrechungen bürsten kann ^^ Ich persönlich finde das es für Hunde die Haare haben, also Yorkshire, anti Allergiker Hunde, etc., eher weniger geeignet ist da lieber auf andere Produkte zurück greifen (ziept wenn die Haare verknotet sind und etwas zu intensiv auf der Haut - zumindest empfindet das meine Hündin so) aber für Fell - besseres gibt's nicht und der Kopf ist austauschbar, genial. Hoffe ich konnte dir weiterhelfen :)
