Does the bottle state how much EPA and DHA per 100ml of fish oil, please? I understand that 2.5 g of EPA + DHA daily is a maintenance dose of omega 3

The bottle states 800mg (EPA) and 500mg (DHA) per 5ml of product (1 teaspoon). I take 2 teaspoons for 1.6g EPA and 1g DHA daily with meal. Some doctors recommend 1g DHA (including Dr David Perlmutter). Hope this helps.

Can you pour the oil into a drink or food. Would it have the same effect? I find it easier to do this way and don't spill as much

Technically, you could. However, the oil has quite a strong lemon taste which might taste a bit strange in food. You would also waste some of the oil as it would stick to the bowl/plate. This oil is nice to take straight from the spoon. No fishy taste at all, unlike cheaper oils. If you spill it from the spoon, just use a bigger spoon and don't brim it. Works when I feed it to my kids. I hope that helps!
