This should have been answered by Amazon. If 3XL are not listed it generally means they're not available in that size at this time. When I purchased these 2XL were available and listed as an option.

Im 5 11 #185 wear 33 pants. Should i get medium or large?

Medium will be way to big so a large would be out of the question; I think that their own sizing chart shows a waist size of 33.5 to 34.5 inches for LARGE !!! which is what i ordered and it was too LARGE for my 34" waist !!---Good Luck. your'e going to need it.
