I bought this to replace the one I lost the transfer speed is very good the size easily fits in my laptop bag it is of use to me for transferring date from my phone to my laptop or to a SD card it is very sturdy and the functionality and use are just what I need a very good item at a good price

This product does its job and reads SD cards. It is wider than a typical USB memory stick and does not fit if an immediately adjacent USB slot is in use. Add to this the fact that an SDHC card will stick out from one side of this reader and the result is that the card reader will not fit if any USB device is already using any immediately adjacent socket. This applies to any row of USB sockets whether on the edge of a laptop or in a multi-socket port such as you might have plugged into a Microsoft Surface. This feature has become instantly annoying and was not something which had occurred to me prior to buying this card reader. I have seen SD card readers which connect via a short cable to a standard USB plug and I can see that this would avoid the problems I am describing. Thus, the card reader is fine providing there is nothing connected to any adjacent USB socket. If there is something plugged in you will have to disconnect whichever USB connectors are in the way. Obviously this all hinges on the context of individual scenarios and might not be a problem at all in some cases. All in all, the card reader seems to be working fine and transfer rates are also fine. I am deducting 1 star because of the issues I have encountered which I suspect might not be untypical.

Decent device, works well

It's small and does the job. You can put an SD card into one slot and a Micro SD card into another and both of them will work at the same time. I find the tool rather flimsy though, especially on the USB C side. The reader will wobble and often lose connection when I connect using USB C, but the regular USB connector works alright.

L’installation est immédiate, il suffit de brancher et les fichiers sont accessibles sans logiciel supplémentaire.
