After increasing my running training and distances, I've been wanting to try gels/fuel bars for a while but was apprehensive of tastes and product prices if I didn't like them. I kept seeing KMC products and In the end decided to try these as they had been described as tasting like After eights - they weren't wrong! These taste lovely, don't take much chewing as they melt in your mouth (ideal for running when you're just trying to breathe!) and using these alongside their choc/mint gels, they really make a difference to my long runs, I'll never do a long run without these now :) if you like After eights or Frys mint cremes, you'll like these. Highly recommend 👌

Is the OG of energy bars, used by many before it became fashionable to do so. Bought them for when on long day hikes and need that energy burst. This is the plan version that’s not coated in chocolate thus it is practical in all weather conditions as nothing to melt. Easy to snap off a bit and keep the rest for later. Useful that it includes vitamins and electrolytes though effectively it is a bar of mint flavored solid sugar.

Great product, the energy spike they give can get you through what you need to get through, that's the beauty of quick release glucose.Flavour isn't the best and it can be hard to stomach a full bar as a result, maybe some people like it but for me if the flavour wasn't as strong it'd be a 5 star

Lightweight, tasty, and gives a quick burst of energy when you need it most. The mint flavour is refreshing, and the individual wraps make it easy to pack for hikes. A classic bit of kit for outdoor trips.

These were a great little snack for the London to Brighton.I have lots of food intolerances so these fitted the billThey were a bit expensive for what they are - but that was partly me as not really prepared and they arrived very quickly - but they were pretty smashed up and probably been thrown about before I got theem

I love the flavour of these and the texture and they really do help to fuel me on a run......but....they are ever so crumbly, it's hard to keep them in one piece so by the end of a long run you're eating crumbs.
