Very good strap locks, easy to fit and very secure.

The media could not be loaded. Perfect for when you need to go through double leather on your strap. These straplocks are easy to fit and you only need your fingers to tighten them. They also have a tiny screw to lock the mechanism. I was pleased to get them in a small card box, much more eco friendly than yet more plastic. Yes these are more expensive than most, but well worth it imho.

Excellent strap locks, fitted to two of my more expensive guitars. Feel that I could swing on these all day long without them failing. Just note that they are no longer supplied in the plastic case anymore and are now packed in a small cardboard box.

To any hesitant buyers GET These strap locks they are worth every penny I bought two sets and I wasn't sure if they'd be all that great but they are. They make all the difference I don't worry about my guitar falling off my strap and being damaged whilst my hand aren't on the fretboard and the pin release system is so quick to put the strap on and off if you want it out the way. The locks are solid and simple to install all I used was a screw driver and spanner and a razor (for cutting the excess leather I had from where the old strap had frayed it out of shape) it took me ten minutes to screw in the strap locks and away I went to the studio I've had them 2 months and have had no issues what so ever.The instructions are simple and fitting is simple. A great product for any one who cares about there instrument. Also the delivery was on time and we'll packaged.

I bought these to replace the standard ones on my PRS Custom 24, which are too big for my PRS leather strap. The Schallers are fantastic, follow the fitting instructions on YouTube (Schaller) you won't go wrong. I was going to send the strap back, but these bad boys saved the day. I bought them in black nickel, they look awesome. not suitable for all guitars. some brands have custom strap pins with different materials and shapes - screw size etc, I didn't fit these on all my guitars for that reason. A Dedicated/spare strap is required if you have guitars without these locks as once your strap is fitted with the female locking plate it's no good for normal pins unless you have a spanner to remove the part / refit the part when using your strap back and forth between guitars with both types of strap pins.These black ones are perfect for my gibson voodo which has black chrome hardware. The chrome ones available elsewhere on Ebay at near half this price ( and two sets in a packet).Finally use your own strap pin screws initially and if they don't work try the supplied ones. The supplied ones may wreck your existing screw threads as they are a different pitch. Guitar Screwholes may need pre-filling with wood resin prior to redrill and fixing with the supplied screws.all that a side I'm happy my guitar now won't fall of the strap when i'm moving around the studio/stage with resulting horror of a damaged guitar

When it comes to strap locks, everyone has their own preferred way of keeping the strap on the guitar, but eventually, you branch out and experiment a little and that's when you realise that not all strap locks are created equally. For starters, these are precision tooled with thread sizes that no one else uses and there are some nice little touches like the grub screw locking mechanism to stop the strap lock from becoming loose and a thinner profile than alternatives without sacrificing strength and quality. as a brand, Schaller IS quality German over-engineering and I would rather spend the extra for these to trust my expensive guitars to than cheaper alternatives that arent as good. They are more expensive than alternatives, yes, but with these items, you get what you pay for.
