Expensive to run
Got this for a spare phone, put it in set it up with the app and put £10 credit on it. The next morning I opened the 0hone to a message saying you have zero balance please top up, hold on I haven't even used it yet.Later that day the phone was ringing and I'm thinking nobody has the number and then a voice mail from a lovely lady all in Chinese I believe. So I won't use again and have now got a Vodafone sim instead.

Nothing wrong with the seller but O2 are utterly useless - avoid!
To be fair to the seller, there is absolutely nothing wrong with the item supplied, nor their service. The reason for my low star rating is purely due to the total inefficiency of O2 who couldn't organise themselves out of a paper bag if their life depended on it.I bought this SIM to enable me to keep my old number as part of the process of getting a better deal with my current supplier, EE. Too complicated and boring to go into here but if it hadn't been for the inadequacies of O2 as a provider, it should have been a very simple and straightforward process.Unfortunately with the incompetence of O2 in the mix, the process proved impossible to achieve. If you want to Port your old number to O2, after first setting up and online account with them, you are then told you have to fill in an online form to transfer your old number.Annoying not to have a telephone number and a human being you can just phone to Port your number but fair enough, some companies are now trying to do away with human beings completely as a cost saving exercise.Playing their game I filled in the form, provided a million answers to a million different questions, pressed submit and got a notification saying that my number would be ported within 24 to 48hrs, no problem. Nearly a week later still no porting of the number. Numerous pointless online chat sessions with O2 provided no further illumination or assistance as to why the number hadn't been ported. So moral of this story, if you're trying to Port your old number to O2, I would suggest you look elsewhere for a company that is capable of doing so and that a tiny shred of interest in customer service and doing what it says it will.As I said at the e start though absolutely nothing wrong with the SIM supplier.
