Is this an age-restricted item (must sign to receive)?

Well iv never had to sighn for it.

Title says Rizla Silver King Size Slim, description says Rizla Silver Standard Regular Size. Which is correct?

They are king size, i don't get why it says that in the description. But they are definitely king size and not the regular ones.

Does this come with the filter tips or is it just the rolling paper?

No filter tips....just the rolling paper.
