Very pleased with the gear knob, very ergonomic, well-made and looks great in the car in my opinion, a new MX5

The metalwork at the bottom of the gearknob isn’t the best quality - poor finishing (rough edges) and lack of coating/paint overspray on the edges. There’s no threaded head, so it’s just held on with 3 small grub screws that aren’t easy to access. Also, the description says that it is suitable for a trigger reverse, but it’s not suitable for a Ford pull-up trigger reverse. The metal section covers 95% of the trigger making it hard to operate, plus the lift spring is exposed through the hole in the middle, which just looks rubbish. Returned for a refund.

Universal fitting kit that is included just failed on me after 2 months and the knob kept spinning by itself, had to completely destory the shift knob to get it off and put the oem back on. Disappointing

The gear knob itself is great quality and looks really good! However the plastic universal fitting used to fit it to a variety of gear sticks is very weak and mine broke/wore down within a few weeks meaning the knob just twisted around all the time so ended up taking it off.

Just what I was expecting.

As quality of the knob is superb, looks great and feels good while changing gears... Now fitting and assembling is easy but unfortunately system used to mount and materials as aluminium do not last to long. I bought mine 2 weeks ago and it's loose already, tried to tighten it up a bit and aluminium thread did not cope with it very well... Will not recommend it if you driving a lot as will not last. Looks cool thou.

99% of compatibility, kia Ceed obviously part 1%. Sparco it's not rocket science to get your product to fit 100%. Make the collar that homes the grub screws longer and put another set of screw options underneath so the adapter can be used at different heights allowing lift up reverse to work!! Apparently its compatible (not).Horrendous gear knob, terrible fitting and would love a refund but wrecked the collars & adapters so cant really send back! Took 2hrs to fit, finding ways of making it sturdy.....hate it & will be burning it as soon as I get a replacement.

I got this for my mini, after much aggravation had to buy an adapter to use it. Fitted correctly and it and after a couple of gear changes it started to spin, couldn’t tighten it anymore. It literally was wobbling around and spinning in circles. Doesn’t help the grub screws are made of a stronger metal than the attachment, it couldn’t be tightened anymore. Pile of rubbish and a waste of money, had to go back to my standard gear knob. A lot of frustration and annoyance for no reason.

War in unserem Peugeot 306 einfach zu montieren und sitzt perfekt! Fast schon ein neues Schaltgefühl, hat sich sehr gelohnt.

Can't really return the item as you have to pretty much shred the box to get the knob out of the packaging... missing the extra shift grids and the one that is stuck on there is crooked AF..... nice Knob otherwise.

The knob looks and feels good but the plastic adapter and the whole feel after mounting it is very very disappointing. I would return it right away if you don't have to basically destroy the package to get it out so hard to return. Of to trash it goes
