Like the weight and construction of this product. Easy to use. Parchment paper is helpful to reduce sticking but if your meat isn't ultra lean, it won't stick much anyway. Because of the weight it can also be used as a weighted disc for bacon, steak, etc. Though the handle can get hot, it takes awhile so using it for a short time as a weight is no problem. Also cleans up in a jiffy.

This arrived literally 2 minutes before I was going to put my burgers on the griddle. Love you Amazon! This press is legit! Sturdy steel that lets you smash with ease. The size is perfect for 1/4 and 1/3 pound patties and probably even larger. I don’t think you can find a nicer one out there.
