First it is pretty heavy in a small box. It is well packaged and comes with a storage carry bag. It also comes with a cover for the pool when its not in use to keep debris from falling into the water. The quality of material is very thick and heavy duty, making it feel durable. Installation was very simple and the instructions were clear except it missed a small little step. It has a built in air pump that is used for bubbling the water as well as inflating the tub. Inflating was very simple with just a hose that connects to the main control unitl/pump and the air port which has a valve for easy inflation. There was a step that states to install the filter to the inlet port, But it did not say that there were 2 filters to install. Once inflated it feels very sturdys and holds its form very well. The controls are very simple to operate. The bubble and heat are just a button to press. Temperature can be adjusted to desired temp.

No happy at all about doing business with these people and their products Don't put outside Of it's damaged by weather at all they might replace it but out of the $450 + the $40 to send it back to get a refund they only said that they can issue me $150 out of almost $500, Honestly not happy about it at all. I only had it for a week and used it two times before it just quit working and I am still not exactly sure why because they tried to tell me that I didn't set it up correctly which is bulls*** because I did.

I absolutely love this inflatable hot tub! The quality is way better than I expected, and setup was super easy. I just followed the instructions step by step, and had it set up in a few minutes. The heating is great too, and I can enjoy a relaxing soak anytime. I placed it on my deck, and it fits perfectly with my outdoor space – it really enhanced my backyard experience. Whether I'm relaxing by myself or hanging out with friends, this hot tub is just perfect!

The hot tub itself is great - when it works. After 3 months the heating element went out; Aleko sent a new one for free. We installed it and 3 months later it also went out. The hot tub was not being used in cold weather, this was all in warm months so the heating element should not have burnt out like it did. Aleko refuses to make the situation right by offering a partial refund. We ended up buying the Coronado Saluspa and like it so much better. The Aleko is cheap and junky compared to other brands. Will not support this brand anymore.

Today I unboxed my hot tub and so far it’s impressive for the price. It was really easy to set up and straight forward on how to operate. It was a nice size and fit on the patio nicely. I haven’t used it yet, waiting for it to heat up. It does take a while to get warmed up but that is expected based on the smaller hardware. The bubble mode is pretty strong and I look forward to getting in to feel the full experience.

Works for a minute but then issues with water getting inside walls and unable to get out . Then heater went .

It is not heating properly. Been waiting for 2 days to get it up to temp and it will not go past 80 degrees.

is great good material hot warm great . we return it cause of the size but we will order for 6 people
