It’s the only thing that helped me with my Menopause symptoms . Great product

Have purchased these to try to get a handle on night sweats and all the other joys of menopause. Seem to be working already (but could be coincidence!) Am still warm at night but no sweats all. I have even been able to turn the fan off which was on all night previously. Not sure if the brain fog is better or not yet- haven’t been able to figure that out just yet! Definitely worth trying. Are a bit on the large side to swallow and you do have to take 3 at a time (2 green, 1 red). Will be no good for you if you have trouble swallowing a paracetamol tablet. I am getting better at it but it takes a bit of psychological warming up to take them. Might look for something that contains the same ingredients but in a gummie version but will definitely continue with these in the meantime. One downside - it makes your urine bright (almost fluorescent) so don’t be alarmed!

I am a big skeptic when it comes to supplements but I think this one is actually making a difference. I didn’t like the side effects of HRT, I tried a few other menopause supplements from other reputable brands , then I stopped because I felt like I was wasting money. Recently as hot flashes were increasing and I was feeling really rubbish, i decided to take one more shot and tried this one (Menopace Max). In the last 2 weeks, I haven’t had any hot flashes, my energy levels are better, I feel overall better in myself. It’s not a miracle cure, it could well be a bit of placebo effect as usual, but this seems to actually be doing something...I stocked up on it whilst it’s at £12.

I had been taking he A.Vogel menopause supplement and was happy with it but decided to try something different. It did the same job as he other supplement, but I did fine having to take 2 tablets from 1 pack and 1 from another was a bit much. I also found I didn't sleep as well with this supplement. I have since gone back to my original one, but would suggest giving this a go as everyone is different.

Been using for a year. These are keeping menopause symptoms under control

Have tried these tablets for nearly a month now and not really noticed any difference in my symptoms. Don't think they work for me but might work for others. Would probably not buy again.

I’ve been having perimenopause symptoms for over a year now & found my Wellwoman max multivitamin wasn’t helping. I’ve been taking these for a week now & after a couple of days felt so much better. A lot more energy, no achey muscles & feeling more like myself again.

Worked for roughly 4 months then insomnia and hot flashes returned.
