Excellent quality baking tray. My cookies do not spread at all now!

I bought these to replace my cheap baking trays that were worn, chipped and twisted. Wow! what a fabulous difference these trays make. These trays are a really good quality with a heavier weight and superior coating on them. They get very hot and maintain the heat evenly across the tray. I have so far used them for oven chips, scampi and also chicken. There has been no sticking at all. They are so easy to clean with using a sponge/soft cloth.

I bought 2 for a specific use. We often use a recipe that requires the use of puff pastry. The results of cooking the puff pastry on normal baking trays was pretty hit & miss. From the 1st use of these trays the pastry cooked evenly. I wouldn't want to be without them now. They make a good job of oven chips too. OK yes, sometimes in a hot oven you can hear them buckling, but they don't appear overly damaged by it & it's no detriment to their ability to cook/heat things more evenly than a normal baking tray. I think they're a bargain - & very easy to clean.

Really sturdy trays. Helps to distribute the heat evenly, no soggy bases. More economical, heats oven chips etc. quicker. Keeps shape without warping in hot oven. Very easy to clean. - Six months in now. Regularly used many times a week. Still the most non-stick kitchenware I have ever used. No deterioration at all. Still the easiest of trays to wash-up.

I use it to roast green coffee beans in the oven and work perfectly!

Just received this item. I have not used it yet, but I’m pleased with its heft and seeming sturdiness. I like the fact that the perforations are small and close together, which is why I ordered it. It seems ideal for crisping up all kinds of things — cookies, pizza, broccoli bites, spinach balls, chick pea patties, french fries, sweet potato fries, etc. Looking forward to using it!

Teglia molto interessante. Fatta bene, molto solida, vale la pena spendere qualcosa in più per un buon prodotto. Usata per fare la pizza, i fori lasciano passare il calore in modo uniforme facendo formare una bella base croccante ma non dura. Sono entusiasta di questa teglia. Ho pennellato la teglia con uno scottex con un po’ di olio prima di stendere la pasta. Ottimo antiaderente. La consiglio vivamente.

J'ai commandé 2 plaques et je suis ravie de mon achat. La pâte ne colle pas et cela me permet de faire en pâtisserie des mille feuilles comme je le recherchais en appliquant la pâte entre les deux plaques. Mon seul regret est qu'elles ne soient pas aux dimensions des plaques traditionnelles d'un four, mais elles conviennent tout de même. Attention d'ailleurs car il y a la possibilité d'achat de 2 tailles. En ce qui me concerne, j'ai acheté et je parle de la plus grande taille proposée. Une chose est sûre : je ne regrette pas cet achat, à un prix tout à fait correct.

Ich habe mir diese Backbleche für unseren Holzofen mit Backfach gekauft, um darin Pizza und Brote zu backen. Der Ofen hat zwar eine Sandsteinplatte auf der man direkt backen kann, aber durch das Blech kann man den Teig leichter platzieren, wieder entnehmen und hat deutlich weniger Dreck. Das Blech hat einer Temperatur von 250 Grad bisher immer gut standgehalten und man hat die Pizza auch ohne Probleme gelöst bekommen. Sie ist quasi vom Blech runtergerutscht. Die Anti-Haft-Beschichtung ist was das angeht echt top. Auch sonst macht das Blech einen wertigen Eindruck und ist stabil. Ein weiterer Vorteil sind die Löcher im Blech, wodurch der Pizzaboden schön kross wird. Im Backofen funktioniert das Blech natürlich auch einwandfrei. Aber gerade für Holzbacköfen ist dieses Blech meine erste Wahl, weil es zum einen (anders als viele Rundbleche) perfekt in den Ofen reinpasst und zum anderen eine super Qualität aufweist! :)
