Johnsons Calm-Eze Tablets for Cats & Dogs 30g - 36 Capsules

My dog is very frightened when she hears fireworks, so when I know there is going to be fireworks let off, from about 4pm I give her two tablets. She is Labrador size. These are followed by one tablet every couple of hours depending on the occasion fireworks are being let off for, such as a birthday display only lasts an hour or so. These keep her calm and stop her fretting and trying to hide in small places.

Cannot praise this product enough as of right now! Had my dog on these for a week now due to the steady increase in fireworks leading up to bonfire night and he’s a different dog compared to last year. Last year he was panting heavily and aggressively shaking for hours - this year no panting or shaking at all! The worst night is still to come but so far, the change has been crazy. He also eats them right out of my hand probably due to the taste and smell so no having to hide them in a treat or in meals! I tried another brand last year that didn’t do much to help him but I have been doing ‘exposure therapy’ on him (playing firework sounds) so it may be a mix of both, but I do truly believe these are the main factor in his calmness as he’s a very nervous dog usually. I’m sure they won’t work for all dogs but they really helped mine!

Giving 6 a day to our 50kg mastiff, they do help a lot but take a few hours, I also add hemp drops for dogs on fireworks night etc. Already ordered more.

Highly recommended for stressed or nervous cats completely work on my cat he just hopped on the rolled on his back and fell asleep snoring untill morning and definitely recommend before guy Fawkes and vet visits.

The tablets maybe helped a little but I was looking for more of a calmness but we were on a very long journey and even with stops our dog was still a bit anxious.

Excellent buy, we used these on our cat and dog for a long car journey. We gave them the tablets and hour before we set off, for the 1st 2 hours the cat was very vocal as he is on a long car journey, the dog was restless as she always is on a long car journey. After around 2 hours we never heard the cat again, the dog settled down and slept the rest of the journey. I would say, give your pet the tablet around 3 hours before a car journey and maybe late afternoon time on bonfire night.

We have tried every single dog calming tablet there is, cbd oil etc. And none have made any difference, apart from these! Though they don't completly stop her from being scared, they help 70/80% for fireworks etc. Can't beileve we found some that actually work.

Bought for a dog who’s hyper when travelling Stuff from vets never worked ( gel on gums ) Tried these and initially thought they calmed her a little so bought 2 more packs as we’re away a lot Over time I’m not sure they even work so won’t be buying anymore

I bought these because I have a puppy that gets car sick. Since I was planning on taking him for an hour long car ride, I needed something to calm his tummy. I gave him one about half an hour prior to leaving and he was fantastic. No throwing up in the back seat. Also he took the pill plain. I didn't have to hide it in food, so hopefully this an indication that they don't taste too bad. I would recommend this for travel sickness for your fur babies
