Good spec, great price. Obviously there are a great many versions of this now available on Amazon (as well as elsewhere!), and through a number of vendors on Amazon, so it pays to compare specs and prices etc. I did so and am pleased with the performance of this box particularly given the price I paid (just under £50) Picture quality for video media, browsing etc is excellent and set-up is very easy - although you'll probably get better directions on such things online rather than rely on the instructions included. My one criticism if for the remote control. It is of very limited use IMHO, and as I had previously advised by a friend, I ordered a wireless keyboard with a backlight. These are often bundled with the QBox by some sellers, but in order to get a decent one, you may be best advised to buy one with good reviews separately..... it worked out well for me.

Easy to use and set up, came with remote control but I found the remote a little slow and difficult to use so I have popped a USB mouse straight into the Q Box and it’s so much easier to use! Came with UK plug and even included the HDMI cable!

I purchased this box to use with my 5G network, but it doesn't seem to pick it up. I tried manually and no joy which makes me think it's not the correct box. Can only add 2 shortcuts to the home page which is pointless so I have to continuously go to Apps and scroll to find my popular apps. I'll be returning this box because it does not work as expected on spec. Perhaps it's just a one off mistake but not sure if I should get a replacement and try again.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and have been impressed so far. Wireless range seems good, I have my router two rooms away and have always had a stable wireless connection with the box. I've experienced no lag and no buffering on the content that I watch though I do have a fast fibre connection which obviously helps in this area. My only gripe is the remote that comes with it isn't great quality (hence only 4 stars), though this is much the same with other boxes as far as I can tell. Overall I'm pleased with this box and have already recommended it to friends and family. I'll see how the box is doing in a months time and update the review.

It sort of worked but was poorly conceived. The apps aren't designed for a remote so it becomes a struggle to use. Netflix most importantly is painful to use. To hit the menu in the app you need to use the cursor, which is slow and frustrating to use. Once the menu was open there was no way of scrolling through the categories, rendering the device pointless. Also, pressing what looked like the menu button on the remote crashed Netflix. The only way to fix it was to turn it off, go into the settings, select apps, and click force stop, which only appeared after the device was turned on and off. As it failed at such a vital function I was not going to stick with it. So I clicked the factory rest option but it crashed on the intro "Q" screen. Was I not meant to click factory reset? If not, why is it an option?

Good product but needs to have the vpn with it for it to be reliable otherwise the buffering is terrible.

It looks nice, but that's where the good things finish. Runs an old locked version of the Kodi OS and contains old apps (including Navi x, Genesis and Ares Wizard) that do not load. Everything on the box was extremely out of date - latest information was from June 2016, and that is way before dinosaurs in digital box terms. I can only imagine this is old stock on a pallet and will be sent out until there are a sufficient number of complaints and returns to make the seller get a grip and up-date his/her stock.

I now have 2 of these as i use them all round the house. no issue with them and they come with a remote and a cable. only thin I would suggest is get a Bluetooth keyboard and the remote can be hard work setting it up. i also changed the app launch to something a little more arrow friendly to saving having to use the keyboard for most things
