The Amazon Basics 128 GB USB 3.1 Flash Drive has been a solid performer. The storage capacity is exactly what I needed, and the transfer speeds are noticeably faster than older USB drives I’ve used. It handles large files smoothly without slowing down. The build quality feels sturdy, and the sliding mechanism works cleanly without sticking. It’s compact enough to carry around, and it plugs in securely without wobbling. Overall, it’s a dependable flash drive that delivers great performance for the price. A super handy little drive that does exactly what you need it to. Transfer speeds are solid for everyday use, and 128GB at this price feels like a steal. It’s lightweight, tough enough to throw in a bag, and works instantly with no fuss. The only downside is that it’s pretty plain/plasticky and a bit bulky (nothing exciting to look at) but for reliable storage on the cheap, it’s a great pick.

I bought it just for fun, but several months on it turned out to be a real beauty. I use it as a back-up for most of my computer 'stuff'. Its small and doesn't take up much room, has a nice sliding cover over the 'working end' and has an enormous storage capacity for everything that needs saving. Its price is very reasonable and would make useful 'giveaway' presents. I might get another one for myself!

This is a handy little flash drive with plenty of capacity and at a reasonable price. The drive is available in two capacities - 128Gb and 256Gb. I got the larger size as I had a number of big files that needed to be moved around and a flash drive was by far the easiest option to complete this task. It is a USB 3.1 flash drive so you will need free USB-A style port free to plug the drive into. If you only have a spare USB-C port then you would also need a USB-A to USB-C adapter. Transferring files onto the drive is quite slow, which is expected with most USB 3.1 flash drives, but with that said this Amazon Basics drive outperformed one of the big brands of external storage devices in a quick test I performed - which surprised me as the big brand was quite a bit more expensive. The read speeds are much faster than write, which is to be expected and I was getting 150MB/s read speeds. During long write activities the drive does warm up a little, but nothing to be concerned about. The USB connector on the drive can be retracted within the case of the drive to protect it from damage and this is a very useful if you transfer the drive around. Additionally there is a little loop at the end of the drive which is a handy feature if you need to carry the drive around as you can clip it onto a lanyard or key chain.

Nice USB but low quality plastic. Everytime I unplug it, it feels like it could break. And I use it to transfer files from different devices so I’m gonna be plugging and unplugging it many times. Besides the durability, it has a decent size, okay writing speed, and it does get slightly warm but not that hot. I think it was like 15 pounds, so worth it for the price.

Bought this to transfer a large amount of photos over from one device to another for slightly more stable storage. 256GB is a pretty good size for an affordable flash drive. Plug-and-play pretty much, worked immediately. Transfers have been quick, and we haven't had any issues with data being corrupted or missing or anything like that. Good flash drive.

Je m’en sers pour un peu tout : Ventoy, installation de Windows, Linux, Unraid, etc. La vitesse est correcte et je n’ai rien à reprocher à la clé. Elle fait parfaitement le travail pour le stockage et s’avère vraiment utile au quotidien.

It is a good inexpensive drive, and I hope lasts longer than some of the cheaper ones. The price was reasonable too, and the transfer rates are good.
