what size air tight boxes/jars would you recommend these for? compared to the large sized 60g of the same brand that I have stumbled upon

I put 2 in a 1.5 ltr Kilner jar or 1 in a .5 seems to work for me ,these thing s are awesome.hope this helps

Are they 62% as written or 69% as pictured?

Around 61 to 63% whenever I've checked against the mini humidistat kept in the airtight box with the Humidipak, plus the leafy budlike herbs also in the box which have stayed in peak condition since last year. Just right for Jamaican cigars...

Im confused...i purchased this and used a hydrometer in conjunction and yes it did hold the humidity at 62% but my fresh cigars were then bone dry?

This is what i did ..put fresh cigars into glass airtight jar with a mini hygrometer for 24-48 hrs in a cool dark place to check humidity which mine was around 68%....then put a hum pak in the jar & re seal as before after approx 2-3 days the humidty will be around 62% & keep it there.....As far as i know if when you put the cigars in the jar for the first time they must be a min of 62% or higher....because once the humidty falls lower then around 55-60% it wont come back...! hope this helps..

Could this be used inside a tobacco pouch?

Yes indeed it is a cigar humidor used to keep cigars at the chosen humidity so can be used with tobacco or any herbal product. You probably only need a 1gram boveda pouch though for a small amount like that held in a pouch. Hope this is of help to you. Kind regards. Dane
