Can it be used external

YES - This laser level can be used outside. It works perfectly with the Dewalt DE0892G-XJ Green Beam Digital Laser Detector at up to 50 metres. Without the detector, it still works, but I'd recommend use in overcast skies and the use of the included Green Laser Target.

Does this come with battery, charger and carry case.

Yes it comes with 1 10.8v 2ah and charger

Do you send vat invoice?

I believe I received a VAT invoice when I purchased mine, and it looks like it comes direct from DeWalt so am fairly confident it would, however, this a forum for previous buyers to answer questions on reliability, usability, etc, this is not a link to the sellers, you would need to message the actual sellers not post the question on here
