Great game

Always been a fan of monopoly, someone who loves a family board game, interested in business and the money aspect. Bought this original version to progress my 6yr old from Monoploy Junior to this 8+ version. With a little help/teaching this version is perfectly fine for him as he grasped the basic concept from 4yr old with the junior edition. Minus the cheating because he likes to be the banker, often find a few extra $500 notes in his personal stash!!! Great fun, the player markers are metal, board has torn at the seam already where it folds away, could probably be made with a tougher lamination really. Bought at a great fair price.

Classic game which has stood the test of time. Adults may love it or hate it, but it's a super family game. Our young grandson who is 6 started playing the adult version at 5 and really enjoys it . It has helped enormously with numeracy and the concepts of money, taking turns, winning and losing. When our second grandson asked for it for his 5th birthday I didn't hesitate in buying it. Neither was interested in the junior version. One tip: stop play after a predetermined time, 20 minutes in our case. Take a photo of the board each time you stop and resume play from there on another occasion. It takes away the pain of those initial dull rounds and gets into the excitement of landing on properties with houses etc.

It is the original and was not a bad price. It is a good quality games. Not been used much but enjoyable as it was when it came out. A very long game but great fun. The quality of thr board and peices are as they were when it came out and it packs away well. Big to travel with but not impossible. Reccomendable and delivery was in very good time.

Overall, it was the cheapest on Amazon compared to Argos and other retailers and with Free Prime Delivery, a great purchase for me. The item came perfectly, considering it ONLY had a film of plastic on it #insertwow and I received it the next day. Thank you Amazon for yet again exceeding my expectations.

Excellent board game. My 8 year is having loads of fun counting money and she always wants to be the banker. Quality is really good, board is so big and cards are thick enough. Board can be folder so good while travelling too and the little stacks to keep money and cards, wow. I like the paper money and we are having fun. Only fun, no tv ,no iPad which is very good. For the price, this is the best , nothing beats the price. So much for such little price. Do buy... click the buy button 🤗 u wnt be dissappointed

Love the original still have my Waddington’s games copy made in leeds from the year I was born 69’ but it’s far too valuable to play hence the new modern copy, we love a game around the table with all the family once a month, decent quality though not as good as the sixties version of course, I think there should be more money for the bank as we often run out as we play fines to the board and whoever lands on free parking wins the pot. Other than that I love the new pieces and it was quite a bargain to buy a real family game for 14 .99 much better than seeing the kids faces stuck in their phones all day every day

The original, but I didn't line the paper quality it's like fake. I remember the old ones they came with thicker quality now they are very thin

È veramente originale giocare ad un gioco storico che ha fatto le generazioni del secolo scorso, presentando i nomi delle vie in Inglese. Oltretutto la valuta è generica, ne lire, ne Euro e ne Sterline, semplicemente la valuta del Monopoli. Lo consiglio!!!
