Gave me a reaction
I thought this product would be as easy as taking vit c but it made me feel so weird . I’m usually fine with all Solgar products but this messed with my head, so be careful what you take. I stopped it then tried again and same thing. Solgar were good and reimbursed my money and took my complaint seriously which was good. I now take Quercetin daily without any reaction. Just be mindful that not all supplements are safe for all.

Capsules are easy to swallow
I bought this as I read that it helps stop hair loss, been taking it for a couple of weeks with no improvement but it might be too soon to tell, using it with other supplements but not sure it’s working so won’t buy again

Interesting Result
Several doctors suggested I try this product to see if it helped me in any way. While I don't know yet if it will help any of my medical problems, it very quickly gave me a sense of well-being and calmness I didn't expect. Not a huge amount that would perhaps be worrisome, but just a mild bump up that is very pleasant. I rated it 4-star because I'm pleased with it and there's no downside that I know of.
