Probably the best version of Pandemic because it adds fun new systems with very few rules overhead. Compared to the original Pandemic it also has a few extra scenarios and extra cards which would be equivalent to an expansion.

I played a lot of pandemic games and this is up there in the top three for sure. It’s a beautiful game and fun de player. New rules make it interesting.

I really enjoy the Pandemic System of Games. Currently, own Pandemic, Fall of Rome, and now this game. The board and cards are classy looking and the cards are of good quality. The game has a lot of simalarities to Pandemic regarding the game setup, mechanics, and theme. Unlinke Pandemic, this game is set in the 1800s so there are not direct flights to cities and no disease cures. Also, the game play is different. You have the concepts of moving between port cities (like Fall of Rome) and the addition of adding train tracks to improve moving about the board (as well as walking). This is a well designed game both in play and theme. I would recommend. (personally, I prefer this game and Pandemic to the Fall of Rome game. Just think the game play is better) ** the containers for the game pieces are not part of the pkg. they were purchased separately

Great game, the different four diseases that you challenge make it a challenge.
