When I first seen this I was hella skeptical. In the 4 hours it’s been running, I bet I have caught close to or more than 100. The trap is not an “end all” solution but it does what it advertises. I bought some fly trap bait and mixed some up in a little bottle that has a blunt needle to apply the bait. IF there is a draw back, I think being powered by a battery pack or AC adapter instead of a USB connection would be better…

Don't waste your money. Every spring we get tons of house flies and I had high hopes this product would help. I've had it running for 3 days in the place where the most flies hang out and not one has even been near it. I baited it just as the instrution read and no flies in or near this trap.

This electric fly trap honestly Works. You need to check the 5 grooves to see if bate you used is dried up. Check At Least every 3 days to see if it's dried. Then use toothbrush with hot water to scrub off old bate. Bate Can cause sound like buzzing fly to occur (weird but True!) Sometimes I'd lift off clear piece on top, then, line up flat side on mechanism with bases flat circle & reinsert. Catches A LOT of flies!!!!

Within the hour the trap caught its first one. Noise is minimal. Later on another was attracted to pieces of a peanut butter & cheese snack cracker and a fruit & grain breakfast bar. Pile too high and it will get messy as the bait is bulldozed up by the spinning top. The bait slots should be slightly deeper to aid in keeping the bait flush with the surface. After reading the other comments I expect this cheap trap to die. But since it’s quiet, I might have a good one. Only time will tell. So only 3 stars…for now. Most of you…no…all of you sellers ask way too early for a review. Wait for us to experience your product. It’s makes us even more angry when we give a 5 star followed by an angry 1 star review telling you how much your product sucks instead of telling you how to improve it. Screw the reviews

Poor instructions. No pictures or instructions on where to put bait. After two days, the used unit stopped working. I opened the motor unit; it was rusted, and the mount shows damage from being used, returned, and resold as new. The second unit is working but has not caught anything, even after placement near food and following suggestions found on the box. Downgrading to one star.

I bought one of these fly traps. Ha' was surpised. First day did not catch nothing. Second day caught 1 fly. Cannot say does not work, but probably be patient. It does work. Maybe using honey or other baits flys like. 😆🤭 ✌️

Works great! It’s really satisfying to the the pesky little things get caught.

Doesn’t work great. Then you have to wait for the flies to die before emptying

The item looks extremely cheap and simple, made from the cheapest plastic. It makes noises during work. Flies are flying around, and really annoying, but this device is ineffective in catching them.

When something moves on the device, flies are not interested in sitting on the trap ! I tried the bait provided in the package, honey ,... but didn't see any flies like to sit on the trap !
