When I take this particular milk thistle before a night out I can drink like a norse god. Pints slip down effortlessly with my liver humming away, breaking down the alcohol quickly. Being just shy of 40, and having lost my youthful regenerative powers this allows me to return once again to the wonder years of getting lashed out of my mind and waking up bright as a button at 7am the next day. Further, hangovers are significantly reduced even if taken the morning after. One key piece of advice is to drink lots of water whilst using this product. I would strongly recommend especially for those who have kids to face the next morning and/or are no longer the spring chicken they once were.

I have a neurological movement disorder called blepharospasm and milk thistle has been a wonder medicine for me. The spasms have almost completely gone. I started with an under the tongue milk thistle tincture and had improvement literally overnight. I ran out of this and continued with Thisilyn and I kept getting better. It keeps it at bay! Also, the last couple of years for some reason I have started to sweat more, along with more odour (sorry if TMI) and after a few months of Thisilyn the sweat and odour have decreased and I am back to normal. Fine, does the job put the packaging was open when I received it. If you struggle with pill swallowing the pills are quite large.

Saved me from lot’s of pain-I had a liver inflammation for 5 days and nothing was helping at all (fat liver problem). This product worked immediately-after one pill I could easily move around the house with no pain, slept well and next day could go back to gym without any pain at all. I can say - magical liver pain relief. I would defo choose it over other products in the market.

Got these for a recent holiday as I knew i would be drinking more than usual - I did not have a hangover once all week despite being up drinking each night - I can't say 100% that it was these but I am fairly certain that it was - will definitely be using these in future. I took one each night mid evening then another in the morning when I woke up.

Purchase these regularly and consider them a reliable product. Would not choose to buy other brands as these extra strength have the highest levels of active ingredient that are scientifically proven to be essential in supporting optimum liver health. Obviously, only will tell - lol!
